Welcome to the services of **OTOCO BASE WY LLC-Leadsmkworld-Series 126** (hereinafter, "the Company"). By accessing and using our lead generation services, you ("the Client") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Description of Services

The Company provides qualified lead generation services to its clients. The specific services contracted will be detailed in the corresponding service agreement.

2. Obligations of the Company

• Provide lead generation services in a professional and diligent manner.
• Use best efforts to meet the agreed-upon objectives, without guaranteeing specific sales or conversion results, as these depend on multiple factors beyond the Company's control.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the Client's information.

3. Obligations of the Client

• Provide the Company with all necessary information for the execution of the services.
• Make payment for the services on time and in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in the use of the leads.

4. Pricing and Payments

The prices for the services will be established in the service agreement. Payment will be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

The Client will retain ownership of their brand, content, and materials. The Company will retain ownership of the methodologies, processes, and internal tools used to provide the services.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for loss of income, business interruption, or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the Client in the last three (3) months.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming.
